Here's to you Mrs. Robinson! Coming Soon... Jana + Brent

From the moment I began reviewing footage for this sneak peek of Jana + Brent's October 2, 2010 wedding, I knew that we had to focus on their families, and the love these people closest to them are overwhelmed by on a daily basis. I don't think I've ever gotten quite so teary, so frequently, while editing a wedding trailer. And this really is a trailer, in the truest sense because the moments included are only the tip of the iceberg of the wonderful wedding story we captured a couple of weeks ago. Here's to you Mrs. Robinson ;) We hope you enjoy the sneak peek!

{the backstory}

The quick shot of the handkerchief and the gloves at the beginning were given by Jana's father, Jack, to her mom, Judy. Jack gave Judy the hanky back when they were in 5th grade, and she wore the gloves on their wedding day. Jana and Brent didn't meet quite as early as Jana's parents, but they have been dating since they were in 8th grade.

Brent's identical twin brother Ryan was his best man. Believe or not, Brent's not our first Groom with an identical twin. Back in June, Bryan Jones (check out Courtney + Bryan) had his identical twin Parker stand up for him as Best Man.

The glowing orb which Jana and Brent released at their reception is called a "Wish Lantern." We've never seen one before, but it was gorgeous! It's meant to symbolize the Bride and Groom releasing their worries and trouble from their past so they can start a new life together.
